Return & Exchange Policy
Every candle is hand-poured with care, but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

We want you to love every Quiet Candle Co. product you receive. Your happiness means everything to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your shipment, we’re so sorry — we’ll make it right.
Please email us at hello@quietcandleco.com within 14 days of delivery, and include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund right away, and we’ll cover any shipping costs for the replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our candles are handmade and consumable, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on used candles or items simply because of scent preference. We recommend starting with smaller sizes, wax melt clamshells, or our discovery sets if you’re trying new fragrances.

Refunds

Once your refund or replacement is approved, we’ll process it promptly. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
